What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Need flexibility? Let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do I check in?
You’ll use the back door keypad with the code provided. Simple and secure.

Can I bring pets?
No. For health reasons, this property is strictly pet-free — no exceptions.

How many people can stay?
The home sleeps up to 8 guests. For safety and comfort, a maximum of 12 people total (visiting during the day) are allowed on the property.

What’s included in my stay?
You’ll find luxury linens, stocked toiletries, a dozen and a half K-cups with cream/sugar, tea, bottled water, spices, paper products, board games, Roku TV, and more.

Is there firewood for the firepit?
We usually keep some on hand. If not, the local gas station sells bundles.

Can I use the grill?
Yes, but guests are responsible for supplying propane and cleaning the grill after use.

How far is the lake and downtown?
Just a 3-minute drive (about 2.7 miles) to downtown Lake Geneva and Riviera Beach.

Is the igloo available year-round?
The private igloo is a seasonal feature — open fall through winter, complete with twinkle lights.

No smoking indoors or in the igloo. Smoking is permitted outside only — please dispose of trash properly.

Yes, the home includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, and several antibacterial sprays. Guests are responsible for daily upkeep during their stay.
