WHY SHOULD I BOOK DIRECTLY ON THIS WEBSITE?
When you book your stay with us directly, you avoid paying additional platform fees from third party websites. Book with us today and you will only be responsible for the nightly rate and cleaning fee.
WHERE EXACTLY IS THE PROPERTY LOCATED?
Our property is located in Lyons Township, bordered by the city of Lake Geneva. We are in close proximity to Riviera Beach and downtown Lake Geneva shopping. It is about a three minute drive depending on traffic and a twenty minute walk.
Uber and Lyft are available in our area.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this property. Bend Properties wishes to allow comfortable accommodations to all guests and intend to keep this property free of allergens.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
There is an additional $195 Cleaning fee onto the nightly rate.
WHAT ESSENTIALS WILL I FIND INSIDE?
The Lyons Den Lake Geneva supplies several starter amounts of essentials for your convenience. We supply toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, napkins, cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop and bucket, dish soap, hand soap, k pods for our Keurig, an assortment of creamers, sugar, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, sample shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash.
For our guests with children, we do have a pack and play, stroller, jumper and baby carrier for use.
For our outdoor entertaining we supply an outdoor dining set that seats 4, a lounge area that seats 8 with overhead lighting, a fire pit with chairs that seat 6, a folding table and chairs that seat 4 and a propane grill.
